Construit en 1959-1963 par Fritz Jenny. Lors de son inauguration, c'est le plus grand parking sous-terrain construit selon ce procédé. 7 niveaux et 530 places initialement. Le parking a été construit à la surface et c'est "enfoncé" sous son propre poids jusqu'à 24.5 mètres sous-terre. [1][2]
